About the Summit

Africa stands at a defining demographic crossroads. With over 60% of its population under the age of 25, the continent holds the world's youngest and fastest-growing population. This youthful structure offers immense potential for economic growth and a transformation of a demographic dividend.
The ECSA Regional Youth Summit on Demographic Dividend and Sexual and Reproductive Health brings together youth leaders, civil society, and development partners to catalyze a coordinated regional response aimed at accelerating progress on sexual and reproductive health and unlocking Africa's demographic dividend.
This high-level forum consolidates past efforts, promotes coordinated regional action, and elevates SRH and demographic dividend policies to the highest political levels. The summit aligns with the AU Roadmap on the Demographic Dividend, Agenda 2063, and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Sponsored Participants

Sponsored participants to the ECSA Regional Youth Summit are drawn from ECSA-HC Member States through the coordination of their respective Ministries of Health.












Self-Sponsored Participants

Self-sponsored participants from ECSA-HC Member States and other countries are welcome to register and attend the Summit.

Self-sponsored participants will be responsible for:

     - International and local travel costs
     - Accommodation
     - A conference registration fee of USD 75
